We will have a luncheon at 12noon, followed by a short pre-charge conference meeting.

About the event
We’re having soup and sandwiches! Soup and drinks will be provided, but we ask that everyone who is staying bring either pre-made sandwiches, a salad, or dessert to share.
Following lunch, we will have our pre-charge conference 30-minute business meeting. We will vote on nominations for our church committees: Finance, Board of Trustees, Staff-Parish Relations, and Lay Leadership. We will also approve the pastors’ salaries for the coming year and discuss our 2019 budget.
We encourage everyone to attend. The nursery will be staffed and activities will be provided for younger children.
