About the event
WALK TO EMMAUS ANNUAL COMMUNITY GATHERING The South MS Walk to Emmaus Community will be hosting its annual Community Gather at Asbury Church on Saturday, August 21st, from 10 am - 2 pm. This event is open to everyone; children are welcome and a nursery will be provided. We will be entertained by local comedian Jenny Nolen and a local praise band, plus other games, fun & fellowship. Lunch is provided.
What is Walk to Emmaus? Our mission is an experience of Christian spiritual renewal and formation that begins with a three-day, short course in Christianity. It is an opportunity to meet Jesus Christ in a new way as God's grace and love is revealed through other believers.
Please make plans to join in on the fun, laughter and music. RSVPs are welcomed. Remember, this is open to everyone, so bring your family and friends!
